High-ups at some of Apple's suppliers have reportedly confirmed to the Wall Street Journal that the Cupertino giant is considering an 8-inch version of the iPad and that it has already shown screen designs for the new device. The officials declined to be named, but did say that Apple was qualifying suppliers for the 8-inch tablet.
